Bases for beverages

These products are used in the formulation of alcoholic beverages in general, acting as a main ingredient and auxiliaries to add specific features to the final product.

Oak Extract

This is a neutral alcohol-base product plus a selected oak infusion. The aging process inside barrels for a minimum period of 6 months, accents the product characteristics, ensuring flavor and gustatory complexity.

It is indicated for the formulation of beverages that need to incorporate notes associated to the product aging in oak.

Liqueur Wine

This is a product made from aromatic grapes, grown in the mountains of Rio Grande do Sul state. It is aged inside oak barrels for a minimum period of six months, and this process adds excellent organoleptic features to the product.

The Liqueur Wine can be drunk pure or can be used in the composition of other alcoholic beverages, improving the quality and flavor of the final product.
