The aging process occurs in oak barrels with a capacity of 200 liters, from the North America.

The main factors that influence the aging process are:

  • type of wood;
  • storage conditions;
  • climate – temperature and humidity;
  • aging time.

 Those factors grant a unique character to the organoleptic characteristics of the malt whisky, such as color, flavor and aroma.
